These terms govern your use of Pamosi's websites, apps, and related services. Please read them carefully — by using Pamosi you agree to them.

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Pamosi (“Pamosi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply to your access to and use of the Pamosi website at pamosi.ai, the Pamosi apps (including Pamosi Health and Pamosi Clinician), our WhatsApp interfaces, and any other products or services we offer that link to these Terms (together, the “Services”).
If you don't agree with these Terms, please don't use the Services. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle information about you and forms part of these Terms.
To use most of the Services you'll need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials safe, and let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. A parent or legal guardian may create and manage an account on behalf of a minor in their care.
Your records are yours. You own the content you upload, record, or generate through the Services (“Your Content”). You grant Pamosi only the limited licence we need to store, transmit, display, and process Your Content in order to operate the Services for you — for example, so we can show you a lab result you uploaded, or share it with a clinician you've chosen.
We do not sell Your Content. We do not use Your Content to train third-party AI models. You can export or delete Your Content at any time from inside the app; deletion removes it from live systems immediately and from backups within 30 days.

Pamosi Health is a record-keeping and sharing tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information you see in Pamosi — including summaries, reminders, or automated organization of records — should not be relied on in place of professional medical judgement.
Pamosi is not an emergency service. If you or someone in your care is in danger, contact your local emergency services first.
If you use Pamosi Clinician, you agree to view and use patient records only for the purposes the patient has authorized, to comply with the professional and legal obligations that apply to you, and to keep your account credentials private. Access to a patient's record ends when the patient revokes access.
Pamosi Health and Pamosi Clinician are currently offered as a pilot. Pilot Services are provided “as-is,” may be changed or discontinued, and may contain features that are still under development. Any pricing offered during the pilot applies only to the pilot; we'll give reasonable notice before pricing changes take effect.
The Services are currently free for pilot users. If we introduce fees, we'll clearly disclose them before you're charged. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Fees for a period already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
You can close your Pamosi account at any time from inside the app or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you materially breach these Terms, if we're required to by law, or to protect the safety of the Services or other users. If we do, we'll try to give you reasonable notice unless doing so would be unlawful or harmful.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Pamosi disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pamosi and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid Pamosi for the Services in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US $100.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You and Pamosi agree that the courts sitting in Lagos, Nigeria will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, unless local mandatory law in your place of residence requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll give you reasonable notice — for example, by posting a notice in the app or emailing you — before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
